Nationally competitive fellowships provide undergraduates and young alumni with funding for graduate education, postgraduate research, and self-designed projects, or funds for undergraduate support and summer enrichment. Fall 2024 Fellowship Updates

UK/Irish Fellowships: Seniors can still apply for nomination for the Keasbey and St. Andrew’s Society of New York State fellowships, and for the Gates-Cambridge fellowship. Contact fellowships@middlebury.edu with questions. Nomination for the Rhodes and Marshall scholarships is completed for the fall 2024 cycle. Nomination applications for Fall 2025 UK/Irish fellowships deadline is April 4, 2025. See go/uk-irish for more information about applying for nomination and fellowships that require nomination from Middlebury.  

Fulbright ETA and Study/Research Grants: Submit your drafts by August 15 in your MiddApply application for feedback. The internal deadline is September 8 (11:59pm). See go/fulbright.

 Watson fellowships: The nomination deadline is September 5 at noon. See go/watson.
