A group of women scholars from the Middlebury Institute have launched the West Coast chapter of Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security, and Conflict Transformation (WCAPS), an international nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing more voices into the security conversation.
The Middlebury Institute community is mourning the sudden loss of nonproliferation and terrorism studies student Michael (Mike) Donnelly. Mike was a āmuch lovedā and integral part of the Institute’s Center on Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism (CTEC) team, āa natural leader who brought out the best in his colleagues.ā
