Twenty-two Middlebury Institute students took the opportunity to work on projects for international organizations in six countries while completing their degree requirements as part of this year’s International Professional Service Semester (IPSS) program.
Twenty-four Middlebury Institute students are heading off to internships around the globe as part of the International Professional Service Semester program, a proven launch pad for future careers.
Thirty-six Monterey Institute students are on three- to six-month spring assignments with a diverse range of domestic and international organizations engaged through the school’s immersive learning programs.
The International Professional Service Semester program at MIIS is celebrating 10 years of providing immersive learning experiences to students.

After intensive on-campus training, 37 Monterey Institute students are heading off to 18 different countries to gain professional experience in the field, staying on assignment for up to six months.
The Monterey Institute recently launched the MIIS International Friendship Program, matching interested international students with enthusiastic local families, and opening up the world for all involved.
Thirty-two local businesses and student service providers participated in the second annual Student Information Fair, which drew a large crowd on a sunny afternoon at the Monterey Institute’s downtown campus.
