The first step is to try to remove the threat from your computer with a Virus Scan. All college-owned computers should have AntiVirus already installed for threat removal. For college-owned computers, please immediately also reach out to us using one of the methods listed above for further assistance.
This email is suspicious; what do I do?
Never respond to emails asking for personal information such as passwords. The College will never ask for this type of information in an email.
