Positive recognition helps makes everyone feels valued and respected in our everyday work. Fill out the form below to recognize your colleagues throughout Middlebury! Staff and faculty can share public recognition visible to all of Middlebury using one of the following options
1. Simply use the button below to submit the form, and soon you’ll see your note of appreciation on the Gratitude Board!
2. A paper form, available in the following locations can be completed and sent to Human Resources to be uploaded to the Gratitude Board. Locations include: Proctor & Ross kitchens, Facilities Customer Service Desk, Rikert and at both Middlebury and Monterey Human Resources.

Every quarter, we’ll randomly choose from our Gratitude Board postings to award one of our lucky appreciated persons a gift certificate for a meal on campus!
