Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

As President Baucom shared last week, we are creating dedicated opportunities for faculty, staff, and students to share ideas and insights with members of the Strategic Planning Working Groups. Our first open meeting will take place on December 2nd, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. EST, in Wilson Hall.

Format

Each Working Group will host 1–3 tables for facilitated conversation on their topic. We will run four 30-minute discussion sessions, and participants will rotate between sessions.

Sign-Up

To help us prepare enough tables and facilitators, please complete this short  by noon EST on Monday, November 24th. We hope to accommodate as many participants as space and time allow. 

If you are unable to attend this session, we will be offering another in-person opportunity on January 15th, as well as at least one remote session in January.

As a reminder, we welcome thoughts and suggestions at any time during the strategic planning process. Comments  will be shared with the relevant Working Groups.
