CTEC announces Skyler Stokes, MANPTS '22 as first Michael Donnelly Fellow

Middlebury Institute alumna Rose Tenyotkin MANPTS ‘18 been selected to be a part of the Pacific Forum’s 2021 United States-Australia Next-Generation Leaders Initiative cohort.
With backgrounds from academia, government, policy, and non-profit fields, the eight members of the bring rich insight on the past, present, and future of the US-Australia relationship. As members of the US-Australia Next-Generation Leaders Initiative cohort, participants will have the opportunity to engage with senior experts and practitioners as they develop research papers addressing various aspects of the bilateral relationship. Their research will be published in a special edition compendium of Pacific Forum’s Issues & Insights (to be released in Fall 2021).
Tenyotkin, who graduated with a degree in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies in 2018 is an associate research analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA) in the China & Indo Pacific Security Affairs Division. Prior to joining CNA, she was a research assistant at the Institute’s , where she worked on tracking North Korea’s illicit procurement networks. She also interned at Czech Technical University’s Department of Nuclear Reactors, where she studied safeguards and conducted research on a nuclear research reactor. Tenyotkin is currently 2021 Project on Nuclear Issues Nuclear Scholar, a mentor for Girl Security and the Nuclear Fusion Project, as well as a member of Young Leaders Program for the Pacific Forum and the Emerging Voices Network. While pursuing her degree at the Institute she studied Mandarin at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China as a Boren Fellow.
