Led by MIIS faculty Dr. Lyuba Zarsky, Gabriel Guillen, and Jaime Gonzalez Canon, and local partner, Quinta Esencia Taller—the course will cover sustainability challenges, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable development practices in rural Colombia.
