Most events in MIIS Garden

Open to all MIIS students, faculty, and staff

12-2pm in the Garden:  

Free tacos while supplies last!  (recommended to get there early, and expect a 5-10 minute wait in line)

2-3pm in the Samson Center Cafe and/or Courtyard:  Blue Zones Celebration!  

 Samson Cafe is getting Blue Zones approved!  Learn how to make chia pudding!  “Ask Us Anything” panel of vegan and vegetarian foodies.

3:30-4:30pm in the Garden: Vegan Ice Cream Bar!  

Build your own vegan ice cream sundae and have some coffee to balance it out.  While supplies last!

5:00-7:00pm in the Garden:  Vegan Happy Hour!   

Beer, vegan wine, other beverages and snacks served (strawberries, vegan chocolate, chips); Guest speaker MA in Public Health and Dietitian, Organization Lead for the Food Environment for Blue Zones.

In the garden, throughout the day, peruse booths with plant-based food samples, coupons, giveaways, recipes and more!
