CTEC Director discussed with KSBW, Channel 8 Salinas, the recent murder of a Santa Cruz Deputy Police officer. The ambush, allegedly carried out by Steven Carrillo, is reminiscent of a planned ambush of a police officer in Arkansas earlier this year by a member of the Boogaloo Movement. Carrillo also may have links to the Boogaloo Movement, which is an anti-government group. The full video of the recent coverage by KSBW can be found here:
